Through the month of August we will be hosting a “fitness challenge”. The aim of the challenge is to re-focus our training, give you guys a goal and a purpose to hit sessions hard. Starting this Sunday 6th we will have four workout challenges for you all.
Then on Sunday September 3rd we will re-assess everyone. There will be prizes for the winners so it will be great if we can all get stuck into this and push each other all the way. We will release videos of the challenges on Facebook throughout the week leading up to Sunday.
Also on Friday the 11th of August we will be celebrating our 4th birthday. It’s hard to believe that we have been going for so long! We would like to thank you all for supporting us along the way so we will be hosting a BBQ on the beach after the Friday session. Feel free to bring any children along.
