It might look soft, but the sandbag is a deceptively hard conditioning tool for full-body workouts. It is used as a military training staple, and it will help you build muscle that's fit for purpose. 
Sandbags are a versatile training tool and are perfect for working out at home or outdoor.

How long do you workout for...??? This is a questi How long do you workout for...???
This is a question I get asked on a day to day basis.
When I tell them the answer, I usually hear back that “I don’t have time for that”
But really it doesn’t matter....the answer is...i make time to do it!!!
The old saying....”you get out what you put in” really does ring true here yet again.  Nobody has a time problem....what you have is a priority problem 
You will be rewarded for your efforts and if you want something you must work for it.  I’ll do it when.....blah blah blah (insert excuse)
Is what people say, and then they binge watch tv all evening.
Reality is no one is limited on time, MAKE TIME...get up earlier if you need to.
You make the final decision on where your priority’s lie.  I can guarantee there’s someone out there with more going on in their lives than you....that gets it done on a daily basis.  So stop moaning about your situation and do something about it.
Because nothing is going to happen unless you make it !!!! 👣  Today efforts...250m row, 10 cal bike, 30 sec hollow hold x 10

Injuries... Now im no expert, but I’ve had a fai Injuries...
Now im no expert, but I’ve had a fair few injuries and in my experience, just like dieting their are no quick fixes.
The road to recovery can be painstakingly long and generally a lot longer than you expect and certainly want.
So what should you do when your injured???
Seek help from a professional.
That person will depend on the type of injury, but your goal should be to find the right person to help you on your journey to recovery.
Rest and pain killers will only alleviate the problem short term, and whilst soft tissue work and joint manipulation are required to aid the recovery process, using only these treatments will again only mask the underlying issue.
Injuries can occur at any time, some are purely down to an unforeseen accident some are due to over training but most injuries are a result of incorrect form and bad mechanics.
A suitable rehab program will be required if you want to fix an injury properly.
So find yourself a professional that will arm you with the tools to correct the underlying issue.
One who’s goal is to have you eventually never need to return to them.

2020 has been quite difficult for most, the corona 2020 has been quite difficult for most, the coronavirus pandemic will have left a lasting impact on most of our lives. 
The upcoming year has a lot of people’s hope riding on it, the start of a new decade has never seemed more promising.
With People all over the world already establishing their New Year resolutions and plans. This upcoming year will give us the opportunity to start afresh and work towards rebuilding and even bettering ourselves.

Now with New Year’s Eve upon us the idea of “n Now with New Year’s Eve upon us the idea of “new year, new me” has probably entered your head.
2020 has been a strange year and although it maybe different I think it’s important to acknowledge our achievements 
2020 gave each of us an opportunity – even forced us – to reexamine our goals, plans, careers, perspectives, relationships and priorities.
So I suggest starting your 2021 goal-setting by first listing all your accomplishments in 2020 – and I do mean ALL of them no matter how big or small you may think some are 
For example, ask yourself: What did you find yourself enjoying more this year than you expected to? What new skills did you learn or discover? 
Use these to sculpt your 2021 goals.
Most people who have committed to a workout plan or goal in the past, know that it is way easier to come up with goals than follow through with them. 
Many get so excited thinking about the 6-pack abs they have been dreaming about, or signing up for the 10k charity race they have always wanted to run, or committing to a 5 day a week workout routine, or losing 10 pounds.
Then life gets in the way and many fitness goals go untouched and unaccomplished. You might end up feeling ashamed of your lack of progress or frustrated with yourself.
So I’ve put together a few tips to help you achieve in 2021  * Set realistic SMART goals
You might have heard of SMART goals before, but if you haven’t it stands for Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound. The biggest mistake I see people making when setting fitness goals is not making them SMART goals. If your goal isn’t SMART, your likelihood of sticking to that goal is practically nonexistent.  * Make short-term goals and daily commitments to reach those SMART goals
The best way to work towards achieving your SMART goals is to break down that goal into smaller, digestible chunks. If your goal is to compete in a 10k by the end of 2021 then what does your monthly and weekly plan need to look like to achieve this? Before you commit to this big goal, make sure you are aware of the smaller steps you need to take to get there  * Hang up your goals in a visible place

An unstable load is anything that shifts during training or weight lifting.
Instability during exercise helps to stimulate muscle movement and growth in unique ways. 
With stable training, for instance, dumbbells and kettlebells, the only growth you will see is from the heaviness of the weight. 
That could be the reason why it takes so long to see significant results when using them. 
A little movement of the muscles due to the instability of the weights can shift the scales of balance in your favor.
