The dates are now out for our famous “60 day challenge”. Summer is almost upon us so there is no better way to prepare than with our next challenge starting April 2nd 2016!!! Our ninth challenge will run until June 1st and this is what you will be signing up to:

  • Initial private consultation
  • 9 Sunday morning bootcamps (9am)
  • 9 Wednesday “sprint sessions”. (5-45pm)
  • 9 Friday evening bootcamps (7pm)
  • 1 home workout per week
  • Fitness test, start (Saturday April 2nd 8am) and finish (Sunday May 29th 8.30am)
  • commit to giving up junk food and alcohol, you will be given a Nutrition guide and a list of do and don’t foods
  • Weighed, measured and body fat% calculations (before and after)
  • Before and after photo
  • Unrivalled to day online support
  • Prizes for biggest weight loss and fitness improvement

Our aim is to keep the price as low as possible so all this is yours for only £135 (£100 for anyone that has taken part in any of our previous challenges).
