This month we’ve launched a new class, Quad Squad. Developing strength and power are just a few of the many benefits of including squats in your workouts. When performed correctly, this functional exercise also boosts your calorie burn, helps prevent injuries, strengthens your core, and improves your balance and posture.
Quad Squad is already underway as part of a four week trial. This program, which runs once a week for a 4 week block, includes:
1. Personalised progressive squat program, delivered with in a group training set up
2. 1hr session, Thursday 6pm Llanelli Weightlifting Academy at Coleg Sirgar
Spaces were limited and the initial cost was set at £30 (includes 4x 1hrs sessions & personal program). The program runs until the 14th October. After just two weeks we already have improved body positioning & confidence.
