We all need something to look forward to and there are some exciting new additions to Llanelli Beachbootcamp timetable coming up in the New Year. Our 60 Day Challenge returns to kick start things but it’s joined by some new classes including an indoor bootcamp every Monday plus the return of the Quad Squad. If you’d prefer a more dedicated one to one session then PT spaces are available but they’re filling up fast.

60 Day Challenge

Our ever famous 60 day challenge will run in January. The first one of a New Year is usually quite popular so do make sure you sign up ASAP if you want to join us. It runs until March 9th and includes bootcamp sessions every Friday and Sunday plus a sprints session every Wednesday. You’ll also have support and extra workouts to help you achieve your goals.

New Monday Bootcamp

A new bootcamp session has been added to the timetable. Becky will be starting a new indoor bootcamp style class at Coleg Sir Gar and it’ll take place every Monday betwee 5pm and 6pm. the cost will be £5 per session and it is open to all. Note that this session is not included in our usual bootcamp membership, but members can do the class at a discounted rate of £3.

Quad Squad

On Thursdays our Quad Squad will be taking place at Llanelli Weight Lifting Academy between 6pm and 7pm. If you’re interested in joining this training programme then get in touch. The programme runs for six weeks and costs £45 for the block. Spaces are limited!

Personal Training

Personal Training (PT) packages are still available but spaces are filling up fast for January already so if your looking for that extra push in the New Year then bag yourself a spot now before they are all gone. If you’re unsure about PT or want to discuss your requirements then drop us a line to discuss.

Sprints & Beach Bootcamps

All the above is alongside our usual Bootcamp Sessions on Wednesdays (sprints at 5.45pm), Friday at 6pm and Sunday at 9am. You can pay as you go for just £5 per session or for better value sign up to our monthly membership which includes 1 new home workout a week and any missed sessions.
