What Do We Do?
Llanelli Beach Bootcamp is primarily our Friday and Sunday bootcamp sessions plus a Wednesday evening sprint session. However, our training isn’t limited to these three events. Throughout the year we run our highly successful 60 Day Challenges that encourage fitness and an education on how to eat well. We also offer a range of 1-2-1 personal training options for individuals, couples and groups.
Join us at Machynys Bay every Friday, Sunday and Wednesday. The bootcamp sessions take place on the beach and there’s something different every week. On Wednesday’s we sprint! We workout in all weathers and in the Winter it’s under the floodlights during Friday evenings.
All bootcamp sessions (Wednesday, Friday & Sunday) are £5 each – pay on the day! However, you can save money by paying a monthly membership fee. This covers the cost of attending all the bootcamps during the month.
Becky offers personal training sessions that can be personalised and tailored to your individual needs. These range from one off sessions through to long term PT to reach your goals. We have recently added group training (up to 4 people) and Olympic training for individuals.
