Llanelli Beach Bootcamp 60 Day Challenge
As well as our weekly bootcamp sessions we also run regular 60 Day Challenges. These help you improve your fitness as well as make massive changes to the way you live. The challenges are not about crash dieting, we don’t count calories, there are no gimmicks, shakes or magic potions!! What we provide is a fun way to workout plus an education on how to eat properly and change your lifestyle.
This is an opportunity to change the way you live your lives for EVER.
The Challenge package includes all our Friday & Sunday bootcamp sessions plus the Wednesday sprints session.
Get support from your fellow challengers! Share recipes and ideas, plus support is always on hand so that you succeed.

We Get Results
We have run several challenges already and have seen some amazing results. If you stick to the programme it works!!! It really is that simple! If you’re serious about wanting to get fit, get into shape and look good then why not sign up!
As well as the fitness side of things, you will need to commit to giving up junk food and alcohol for the whole 60 days! To help you, you will be given a nutrition guide and a list of do and don’t foods. As part of the challenge you’ll be weighed, measured and have body fat% calculations (before and after).
