Wednesday Sprint Sessions take place on the coastal path 5.45pm to 6.30pm. This is an express class in non-sandy conditions. Sprinting is a great tool in fat loss and one that is often overlooked. Short, sharp and effective! Just come down to the Millennium Coastal Path next to Machynys beach for the 5.45pm start.
Our sprint sessions are perfect if you’re not too keen on exercising on the sand as we run on the millenium coastal path!
