Wednesday Sprint Sessions take place on the coastal path 5.45pm to 6.30pm. This is an express class in non-sandy conditions. Sprinting is a great tool in fat loss and one that is often overlooked. Our sprint sessions are short, sharp and effective! They’re also a lot of fun and a great way to mix with other bootcampers. Just come down to the Millennium Coastal Path next to Machynys beach for the 5.45pm start.
