Wednesday Sprints

Wednesday Sprint Sessions take place on the coastal path 5.45pm to 6.30pm. This is an express class in non-sandy conditions. Sprinting is a great tool in fat loss and one that is often overlooked. Short, sharp and effective! Just come down to the Millennium Coastal Path next to Machynys beach for the 5.45pm start.

200m Sprints

Amazeballs. Best thing I ever did. Was struggling with my exercise and eating healthily and thanks to bootcamp I’m actually enjoying doing both. Would recommend it to anyone.
